New India Assurance Company has released a recruitment notification earlier for the post of Assistants. There are total 984 vacancies to be filled this year. The preliminary examination for NIACL Assistant will be held in 22nd and  23rd April 2017.

Note: There will be negative marks both in Prelims and Mains. Each wrong answer will fetch you 0.25 marks. No deduction will be there for unattempted questions.

  1. Prepare a study plan according to the syllabus. The study plan must be inclusive of the easy and the difficult topics, it should be a balanced plan.
  2. Keep practicing mock tests, previous years’ papers, online tests. Self assessment helps in improving your accuracy and speed. You can identify the gray areas which needs more preparation.
  3. Refer to previous years’ papers of at least 3-4 years.
  4. You must be aware of the GK and Static GK of the last 6 months (minimum).
  5. Brush up your grammar knowledge. Reading a good English News paper every day helps to cover 2 things, one is vocabulary and the other is general awareness and current affairs.
  6. Practice various sets of puzzles, coding-decoding, order and ranking, blood relations to improve accuracy.

NIACL Recruitment 2017: Vacancies

There are all total of 984 vacancies for ‘Assistant’ post. The salary subjected to this role is approx. Rs.23,000 per month.

NIACL Recruitment 2017: Procedure of Selection

Selection for assistant posts in NIACL will be through a written test followed by a regional language test.

The following steps complete the selection procedure for NIACL Assistant:

Please note that there will be NO conduction of interviews for assistant posts.

NIACL Recruitment 2017: Eligibility

  • Age limit is 18 – 30yrs as on June 30, 2016 (Age relaxation applicable for certain groups).

  • The candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline.

Note: Please remember that the scores of IBPS are NOT applicable here. So any aspirant who has not applied for IBPS exams lately can apply for this.

NIACL Recruitment 2017: Steps to Register

  • Visit the official website of NIACL i.e. newindia.co.in
  • Fill in the required details and upload a signature and a recent photograph of yours (Passport sized).
  • You will receive an email & SMS comprising of a provisional registration number & password. Save it for further requirements.
  • Generate a print- out of the system generated application form & e-receipt which you can provide whenever and wherever asked for.
