It is important that you know about the NABARD Grade A Exam Pattern properly before applying for the exam. Shortlisted candidates for the interviews are completely based on the IBPS SO Mains examination marks. No IBPS SO Prelims marks are considered for the interview process. The IBPS is tentatively to schedule the interview for IBPS SO in the month of February 2020. Candidates attending the IBPS SO interview are approximately three times the total number of vacancies. Suppose a candidate has scored 70 marks in mains exam out of 100, and 78 marks in the interview out of 100, final allotment score will be calculated as [(70/100)x80] + [(78/100) x 20]. The weightage is given to the IBPS SO Mains exam and the final scorecard is a combination of 80:20. The Final IBPS SO Results or Provisional Allotments will be declared in the month of April 2020.
