JEE Main Paper 2 Answer Key 2022

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be releasing the final answer keys for both sessions of JEE Main Paper 2 Exam 2022 on the official website. 

To download the answer key, you need to enter your Application number and date of birth. With the help of the answer key, you can calculate your probable scores before the declaration of the final result. 

Note that the objections against the JEE Main Paper 2 Answer Key will be allowed as per the schedule. To raise objections, you have to pay ₹200 per question.

How To Download the JEE Main Paper 2 Answer Key 2022?

• Visit the official website i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in
• Click on the "JEE Main Paper 2 Answer key download" tab
• You will be redirected to the login page.
• On the login page enter your Application number and date of birth.
• Click on the submit button to validate the login
• The answer key will be displayed on the screen
• Download the answer key PDF and save it for future reference.

How to Challenge JEE Main Paper 2 Answer Key?

You will be provided with a certain period of time to challenge the answers after the release of the official answer key. Follow the steps mentioned below to raise objection in the answer key for JEE Main Paper 2 Exam:

• Visit the official website of JEE Main and log in with your credentials.
• On the login screen click on the tab “Challenge Answer Key”.
• Select Question Number with question ID from the answer key, and enter claimed Answer.
• Now click on ‘Save your claim’ and click on the Next button.
• Challenged Question IDs will appear on the screen for validation. 
• You can upload supporting documents to your claims.
• Upload supporting documents for all the challenging questions in a single pdf and click on save.
• Pay the processing fee of ₹200 for each answer you have claimed incorrectly. Payment can be done through credit card/ debit card/ net banking.

Note:- Processing fee will only be refunded if your claim is accepted by the authorities. After considering all the objections, the authority shall release the final answer key. Further, in a few days, JEE Main Paper 2 Result will be declared on the official website. 

How to Calculate Scores With JEE main Answer Key 2022

You can calculate your probable score using the JEE Main answer key 2022. This will help you get an idea about what is your score in the exam and where you stand in the competition. You can calculate scores with the help of the answer key as follows:

• Match each answer of the answer key with your OMR Sheet responses. Download JEE Main Paper 2 Question Papers and cross-check your answers using the answer key. 
• Add 4 marks for each correct answer and deduct 1 for each incorrect answer for MCQ questions.
• Add 4 marks for each correct answer and there is no negative marking for the wrong answer in numerical-based questions.
• If you have not attempted any question, mark it as unattempted.
• Then, add all the scores of correct answers as well as incorrect ones.
• Based on this marking scheme, you can calculate and get a rough estimate of the total marks they will be securing in JEE Main.
