Upcoming Judiciary Exam 2022: Latest Alerts
Throughout the country, every state conducts its examination for recruitment into its lower judiciary. Most of the Judiciary prelims exam for the academic year 2022 has been concluded, and notifications are yet to release for next year.
Suppose you aspire to start your career in the judiciary field. In that case, you must appear for the entrance examination conducted by respective states to get appointed as a member of the Subordinate Judiciary. For now, there is no mandatory requirement of any minimum years of practice/litigation to appear for the civil judge exam.

August 2 - September 3, 2022: Bihar Judiciary Interview
The interview for the Bihar Judiciary exam is scheduled for August 22 to September 3, 2022.
The students who cleared the BJSE Mains cut off are eligible for the 31st Judicial Services examination.
Per the official data from BPSC, 691 candidates will appear for the interview.
September 5 - September 23, 2022: Haryana Judiciary Interview Schedule Released
HPSC interview will be conducted from September 5 to 23, 2022, at Chandigarh Judicial Academy, Sector 43, Chandigarh.
The official notifications suggest that 455 candidates appeared for the interview.
May 20 - May 22, 2022: Haryana Civil Service Main Exam
Punjab, HPSC, and Haryana High Court informed the Supreme Court that Haryana Civil Service's main exam would be held on May 20, 21, and 22. The Supreme Court had earlier stated the exam scheduled from May 6 - 8 due to the clash with the MP judiciary exam.
April 24, 2022: Delhi Judicial Services Prelims Exam (DJSE) held!
Delhi Judicial Services Prelims Exam (DJSE)2022 was successfully conducted on April 24, 2022, to recruit eligible aspirants for the Civil Judge post in the Delhi Civil Service (Judicial Branch).
March 28, 2022: MP Judiciary Prelims Exam Date Announced!
As per the latest notice published by the Madhya Pradesh High Court, the preliminary examination of the MP Judiciary is scheduled for May 06, 2022.
The exam is conducted in a single shift with an SD-100 isolation model. Also, the notice states that the exam shall be held at centers in and out of Madhya Pradesh for the convenience of students.

March 23, 2022: Rajasthan Judiciary: Mains Exam Date Published
The High Court of Rajasthan has published the notice regarding the Rajasthan Judiciary Mains Exam Dates on March 23, 2022.
According to the latest notice, RJS mains Law Paper 1 and Language Paper 1 (Hindi Essay) are scheduled for April 30, 2022, while Law Paper 2 and Language Paper 2 (English Essay) are scheduled for May 01, 2022.
Authorities will upload admission cards of the aspirants on the Court's official website. For more information, check the official notice.
March 16, 2022: Delhi Judiciary Prelims Exam Date Postponed!
The High Court of Delhi has rescheduled the preliminary examination of the Delhi Judiciary to April 24, 2022. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for March 27, 2022.
March 16, 2022: Delhi Judiciary Online Registration Date Extended!
As per the latest notice published by the High Court of Delhi, the last date for submission of the Delhi Judiciary Application Form 2022has been extended to April 03, 2022, from March 20, 2022.
Gujarat Judiciary: Vacancies Announced
As per the latest notice published on January 15, 2022, Gujarat High Court will release approximately 219 regular vacancies (existing & future) for the cadre of Civil judges this year.
The High Court reserves its right to alter the number of vacancies than notified.
As per the notice published by the exam conducting body, questions numbers A-44/ B-44/ C-53/ D-47,A-79 / B-74/ C-84/ D-84,A-87/ B-81 / C-74 / D-75 & A-84 / B-71 / C-50 / D-74 are deleted after considering all objections and marked as (*).

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPCS) started accepting online applications on December 31, 2021, and the last date to fill online applications was January 20, 2022(11.59.59 pm)
In the previous year's recruitment cycle, the number of vacancies was 30. However, there are 13 vacancies this time, as notified by the UKPSC.
In the recent notification, MP High Court announced a reduction in vacancies.
On December 21, 2021, the Madhya Pradesh High Court notified Civil Judge Recruitment. As per the revised notification, 156 vacancies have been announced by the High Court. The last date to submit the online form was January 27, 2022.
Judicial Service Exam Eligibility Criteria 2022: Know It All
All aspirants need to know the detailed Judiciary Eligibility Criteria for the upcoming PCS J exam. Only Indian citizens can apply for the civil judge exam 2022 in India.
Educational Qualifications: Those with a degree in LL.B and enrolment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961. Those who have a degree in LL.B are eligible

Judiciary Services Selection Process 2022
Three stages are included in the PCS J Civil Judge post-selection process, i.e., prelims and mains, followed by the interview. However, the pattern for prelims, mains, and interviews vary for each state.
To help you get an idea about the Judiciary Exam Pattern of different states, we have provided the pattern for all the stages in the post below.
Judicial Services Preliminary Examination
The first stage of the Judicial Services Exam is the preliminary exam, consisting of multiple-choice questions.
The marks scored in the preliminary examination are not considered while preparing the final merit list.
Also, the minimum qualifying marks will vary for each state.
Judicial Services Mains Examination
The second stage of the Judicial Services Exam is a subjective type of examination. It consists of three to four papers.
The marks scored in the main examination are considered while preparing the final merit list.
The minimum qualifying marks vary for each state. Students equal to three times the number of vacancies are called for interviews.
Judicial Services Viva-Voce/ Personal Interview
It is the last stage of the selection process. In the interview, you are evaluated based on general knowledge, personality, and other factors. This stage carries 50 to 100 marks, of which you must secure a minimum of qualifying marks to get selected.
