Rajasthan High Court will tentatively begin the online registration process for Civil Judge posts in the Rajasthan Civil Service (Judicial Branch) in July 2022.

The Rajasthan Civil Judge application process is a one-time registration process. There are four steps involved in the application process: online registration, filling out the application form, uploading documents, and paying the application fee.

To apply for the RJS exam, your minimum age should be 21 years, and you must have completed your bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.

How to fill out the online Rajasthan Civil Judge Application Form 2022?

Before proceeding with the application form, you must check whether you meet the Eligibility Criteria for the RJS Exam or not.

• Click on the link for the RJS Application form.

Guidelines to Fill Rajasthan Judiciary Application Form

• Enter personal details such as name, DOB, and mobile number and click on the Register button.
• After successful registration, a new home page will be displayed, and you have to select the "Fill Online Form" option.
• Fill in all the required details such as education qualification, 10th marks, 12th marks, etc.
• Click on the submit button.
• Upload a recent passport size picture and signature in the mentioned size & format
• Pay the required fee for your application

• You can pay your application fee through various online modes, i.e., E-kiosk, net banking, and debit card/credit card.
• After paying the application fee, click on the “submit” button to submit the application.

Pre-Requites for Rajasthan Judicial Services Application Form 2022

You must prepare the following documents before proceeding with the Rajasthan Civil Judge Registration.

• Class X passing certificate and mark sheet
• Class XII passing certificate and mark sheet
• Graduation Marks Sheet
• Passing Certificate of the Graduation
• Bachelor of Law (professional) degree and mark sheets
• Date of birth certificate: Birth certificate or certificate of secondary/higher secondary/senior secondary school, date of birth mentioned on the certificate by the recognized board of education.
• Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC-NCL/MBC-NCL of Rajasthan: the caste certificate of the OBC-NCL/ MBC-NCL must not be issued earlier than 6 months from the last date of submission of the online application form.
• If the candidate is a widow, they need the death certificate of their husband.
• If the candidate is divorced, they need proof of divorce (certificate copy of judgment).
• If the candidate is Physically Disabled: A certificate of disability issued by the adequate authority as per the applicable rules.
• Certificate of Employment and NOC (for employees of Rajasthan State Government/ Panchayat Samiti / Zila Parishad/ PSUs/Corporations).
• Proof of termination by a previous employer (if any)
• Evidence of conviction for any offence involving moral descent and permanently debarred or disqualified from appearing in any examination (if any)
• Evidence of Professional Misconduct, if being an Advocate found guilty of Professional Misconduct under the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961, (if any)
• Evidence of Criminal Prosecution pending against you, if any
• Evidence of conviction by Criminal Court, if any
• You must have 3 character certificates, i.e., one issued by the dean of your college or the principal academic officer in which you are last educated. The responsible person should issue 2 other character certificates; the person should be related to you.
• Certificate of Bonafide Resident of Rajasthan, if seeking reservation in any category.
• An affidavit should be made mentioning that you have not accepted dowry/you will not accept dowry in/at your marriage.
• ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License)
• Two Passport Size colored Photograph
• Signature.
