1 Cake
3 Big Equal Pieces
1 Big piece is cut into smaller piece of equal sizes and each small piece weighs 15 gms.
In Total... we have 5 pieces..So obviously... 2 Big Pieces and 3 small pieces
So..
small piece..(15*3=45) = 1 Big Piece
3 big piece = 45*3 = 135gms = size of the cake.

Question:
Nupur cuts a cake into three equal pieces and cuts one piece into smaller pieces of equal size. Each of the small pieces is fifteen grams in weight. If she has five  pieces of the cake in all with her, how heavy was the original cake?
Options:
A) 100 grams
B) 150 grams
C) 135 grams
D) 240 grams
Solution:
Ans: (C)
Weight of each small piece = 15 g.
So, total weight of the cake = {3 × (15 × 3)}g = 135 g
