Conclusions:

(I) High speed net connections are very cheap.

(II) They don't want to wait for long time waiting for their pages to load.

A) Conclusion I only follows.

C) Both conclusion I & II follows.
D) Neither Conclusion I nor II follows.
Solution:

Conclusion I doesn't logically follow the statement. But people who prefer high net speed prefer so because they don't like to wait and waste their time.
