     At what point the graphs of 2x + 1=0 and 3y - 9 = 0 intersect? 

Options:
A)

  12    , -3

B)

  -12    , -3

C)

   -12    , 3

D)

     None of these

Solution:

Intersection point of the graph would be at the value of x and y.

2x + 1 = 0 

=  -12   

3y – 9 = 0

y =3

Intersection point= (x, y) =  - 12    , 3
