65/2 how comes

Question:
Two trains 105 metres and 90 metres long, run at the speeds of 45 kmph. and 72 kmph. respectively, in opposite directions on parallel tracks. The time which they take to cross each other, is?
Options:
A) 8 seconds.
B) 6 seconds.
C) 7 seconds.
D) 5 seconds.
Solution:

Length of both trains = 105 + 90 = 195 meter

Relative speed = (45+ 72) = 117 kmph

= 117\(\times\cfrac{5}{18} m/sec=\cfrac{65}{2} m/sec\)

\(\therefore \) Time taken = \(\cfrac{195}{\cfrac{65}{2}}\)

= \(\cfrac{195\times 2}{65}= 6\ seconds\)
