Both conclusion are right but option is not correct

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the question below, there are few statements followed by few conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusion logically follow(s) from the given statements. 
Statements:

(a) Some pastries are toffees.

(b) All toffees are chocolates.

Conclusions:

I. Some chocolates are toffees.

II. Some toffees are not pastries.

Options:
A) If only conclusion I follows.
B) If only conclusion II follows.
C) If either conclusion I or II follows.
D) If neither conclusion I nor II follows.
Solution:
Only conclusion I follows.
