What are the posts in the SSC CGL which one can get after clearing the Tier 2 exam?

Hello

See till 2015 you could get a post after clearing Tier 2 only because earlier posts of SSC CGL 2017 https://www.eduncle.com/ssc-cgl-recruitment-exam were divided into two categories- Interview post and Non-Interview post.

As it is clear from the names, for non-interview post there was no interview so, if you have scored marks above cutoff then you will get a job.

But from 2016 it has changed. Now Government of India has abolished Interview for Group B-posts so instead of interview there comes Tier 3 which is a descriptive exam which is to be held for all posts. So now you cannot have a job till you clear all the three tiers.

After clearing the SSC CGL Tier 2 which include Maths and English compulsory paper for all post. If you want to get post then you should prepare better. You can prepare for maths through SSC CGL Maths Notes https://scoop.eduncle.com/ssc-cgl-tier-1-maths-short-tricks. And after clearing SSC CGL tier 3 you can get many post.

You will get almost all post except (Assistant Section Officer) post in CSS Department and Tax Assistant.

There is also tier 4 i.e. Skill test but it is only for some particular posts.
