wrong answer but a right explanation, parliament alone can amend most of the constitution.

The majority of the provisions of the Indian Constitution can be amended?
Options:
A) By the State Legislatures acting together
B) By the Parliament alone
C) Only on ratification by half of the States
D) More than half of the members of each house
Solution:

Most of the constitution can be amended after a quorum of more than half of the members of each house in Parliament.
