The jungles are grown not by us but by themselves. How can it be the correct answer??why not option C is correct?

Let us try to consider your option. In continuation of the sentence, do you agree that we are absorbing and retaining enormous amounts of heat?
Otherwise, concrete jungles are being developed and managed in surprising ways. The forest department is trying to request and arrange the relocation of very small group of inhabitants from the jungles to another place out of the area. They have also restricted the development of cement or tar roads and resorts around the location. The jungles are being preserved, maintained and grown in amazing ways. It is those areas that help maintain lower temperatures because of their greenery.
