Coordinates of ABCD are not mentioned. If we plot a graph diagonal pairs are not the ones considered in the answer (Question:1096396.0)

The diagonals are (-1,3) & (9,8)

Question:

 Find the longest diagonal of the quadilateral having vertices at (0, -2) (-1, 3) (9, 8) and (5, 7)

  AC=0-92+-2-82=81+100=181
