how is my question incorrect (Question:191127.0)

9=3*3....so why can not be5*3=15

Question:

DIRECTIONS: Find the related number from the given alternatives.

11 : 4 :: 15 : ?

Options:
A) 4
B) 5
C) 6
D) 8
Solution:
Ans: (c) 

Relationship is (2x + 3) : x

x = 4

(2 x 4 + 3) : 4

11 : 4

same 

(2x + 3) : x

2x + 3 = 15 

2x = 15 -3 

2x = 12

X = 6
