I think Answer B suits Most (Question: 94374.0 )

Consider the Larger concentric Circle as Russians , then a Small part of them ( The Smaller Circle ) are carpenters , and Some Russians are intelligent , Some Russian Carpenters are Intelligent ... So I feel C is the right Answer

Given answer is correct as some Russians
may be intelligent and some may be carpenter also.
