Kindly look into TIER 2 SSC CGL COMBO Test series of 40 test each (English + Quant)

why is nobody responding at Tier 2 test series for SSC CGL combo pack of Quant and English 40 test each...so many questions are wrong or have incorrect explanation or the fonts are too small to be read or there is no explanation at all...but nobody is bothered to answer the queries of students at all....there have been so many question where students have asked something a month back but no reply has been given....why such laxity ??? i have even contacted the management through online chat system but still looking forward to a reply ???what is happening ??
