IN THIS BACK SIGHT IS ADDED FIRST THEN IS TO BE SUBTRACTED BY FORESIGHT TO GET THE REQUIRED ANSWER ?

The R.L. of a point A on the floor is 100 m. The back sight reading on A is 2.455 m. If the fore sight reading on the point B on the ceiling is 2.745 m, the R.L. of the point B will be

Ans: (d)

R.L of Ceiling = R.L od point A + BS - (-FS)

                       = 100 + 2.455 - (-2.745)=105.2m
