Microsoft selection process consists of two rounds:

Written Exam:
Interview (Technical and HR both)

Microsoft Eligibility Criteria:

60 percent or above in class X, XII and B.Tech.
You should not have a gap of more than 2 years.
You should have no current Backlog.

The topics will be Aptitude, Technical and Essay/Letter Writing.
