option c can also be correct as if you see in such way as changing first letter of alphabet with the last latter and means no. of alphabet in ascending order results same with tha alphabet no. in descending order

No,just see nicely C-->X, E-->V, J-->Q, O-->L .So, the ans sud have been XVQL, which is not in options provided.So,we need to apply another process
