please explain in detail how BOC = 70

Question:
In the given figure, BO and CO are the bisector of CBD and BCE respectively and A = 40°, then BOC is equal to:       

Options:
A) 60°
B) 65°
C) 75°
D) 70°
Solution:

BOC

= 90° - \(\cfrac{1}{2}\) A = 90° - \(\cfrac{1}{2}\) (40) =70°
