ssc cgl signature problem

while editing the application for ssc cgl i uploaded mu signature within the said format and dimensions it uploaded successfully and a good quality one too.but after paying the fee,when i took out the print of my application,the signature was not good and highly diminished in size?? is it an error from ssc side? will it get rejected?
