These documents required:

10th Class Mark-sheet + Pass Certificate

12th Class Mark-sheet + Pass Certificate

Post preference Form Filled and duly signed

Caste certificate in case of OBC/SC/ST candidate
.
central Govt. Civilian Employee certificate and NOC in case of candidate availing age relaxation under CGCE.

Discharge certificate in case of Ex-servicemen candidates

OH/HH/VH certificate in prescribed format in case of Physically Handicapped category

All documents must be duly self-attested for verification

04 passport size photographs (2 required)

ID proof (Voter card/Identity card issued by the college etc.)

If the candidate’s name is changed after the 10th Class affidavit of that is must and required.
