why statement 03rd is wrong

Question:

Direction: In the following question, two statements are given & then two conclusions – I & II are given. Which logical conclusion/s can be drawn out as per statements?


Statements:

No pen is pencil.

All pencils are scales.

some scales are erasers.

Conclusions:

I. No pen is eraser.

II. No pencil is scale.

III. Some scales are pencils is a possibility.

IV. Alteast some erasers are pens.

Options:
A) Only III
B) Only I and III
C) Only III and IV
D) Either I or IV
E) None

Given answer is correct. Some scales are pencils is true so the possibility of Some scales are pencils will not follow.
