How does the 2nd conclusion follow as in question they've said that all stars twinkle and it's not possible for some star twinkle

Question:

  In the following question below are given some statements followed by some conclusions. Taking the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts, read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusion logically follows the given statements. 

Statements: 

I. All stars twinkle. 

II. All satellites twinkle. 

Conclusions: 

I. Some stars are satellites. 

II. Some stars twinkle. 

Options:
A)

  Only conclusion (I) follows. 

B)

  Only conclusion (II) follows. 

C)

  Neither conclusion (I) nor conclusion (II) follows. 

D)

  Both conclusions follow.

Clearly, conclusion II follows.

When statement 'all' type the 'some' type conclusion definitely follow. for example all stars are twinkle . so some stars are also twinkle. keep learning with us.
