Documents Required to Fill IBPS Clerk 2020 Application Form

Marksheets

It is mandatory to upload the mark sheets of class X, XII, graduation and/or other equivalent exams

Applicant's Photograph

The form needs a visible, clear, and current passport-size photo of the applicant. Without that, one cannot move further to fill the form.

  • The size of the photo should be between 20kb-50kb
  • The dimensions of the photo must be 200 x 230 pixels
  • The applicant in the photo should be front-facing the camera
  • The photo must be in JPEG Format. Otherwise, form the officials will reject the form

Scanned Copy of Signature

One also has to upload a scanned copy of your signature. The same signature that is on the official documents like Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.

  • The signature's scanned photo should be between 10kb-20kb
  • The photo of signature dimensions must be 140 x 60 pixels
  • The signature should be in a running hand and not in BLOCK letters.
  • Also, they must be in blank ink on a white paper
  • They should be visible and clear

Caste Certificate

Those who belong to reserved categories should upload their official caste certificates. They have to upload the scanned copies of the same.

Thumb Impression

If one does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, then take an impression of one of the fingers of the left hand. Begin from the forefinger.

The Prelims examination consists of 3 sections carrying a total of 100 marks. There is a negative marking of 0.25 or 1/4th marks for every wrong answer according to the IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern. The students should note that this year IBPS has included the feature of sectional timing in the prelims exam.

For each section, the students will be allotted 20 mins to complete that.

IBPS Clerk Mains Pattern 2020

On clearing the prelims, candidates will be through the next round i.e mains exam. The mains will have 190 questions from Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness section for a total of 200 marks. IBPS PO Salary 2020

Once the IBPS PO Recruitment is finished, the appointed probationary officers will enjoy many perks, allowances & growth opportunities. 

  • The starting In-hand IBPS PO Salary for PO is Rs 37,360 to Rs 38,700. 
  • Once the selection process is complete, candidates are appointed in different public banks across the country, allowances & perks vary from bank to bank.
  • Wage revision for Bank employees is due from November 2017 in accordance with the 11th Bipartite settlement. Once it is implemented, employees will receive a hike of 15% and more.

IBPS PO Interview Process 2020

Candidates who clear the Mains Exam are called for a face to face interview session with Banking officials. IBPS conducts the interview to test candidates on their presentation, knowledge about Banking, Current Affairs & more. 

  • The Interview session generally lasts for 15-20 minutes.
  • The candidate is graded out of 100 marks. 
  • Qualifying marks for the IBPS Bank PO Interview is 40% ( General Candidate)
  • Qualifying Marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates is 35%. 

The Final Selection is made on the basis of the score achieved in Mains Exam + Interview. Weight of both Mains & Interview in the final calculation is based on a ratio of 80:20 respectively.
